Hi, I’m Madison

Certified Personal Trainer

I hold a Master’s in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida and a Dance Performance degree from Oklahoma City University. I specialize in women’s fitness, dance conditioning, and virtual coaching, using science-based methods that are proven to work. By focusing on how the body functions and adapts to exercise, I create safe, efficient, and personalized programs that help my clients achieve lasting results.
